Q: What is the optimal time to drink your coffee after the roast date?

A: The longer our coffee "rests" after any given roast date, the higher the chances you as a barista have at a more quality extraction. 

Q: How fresh is my coffee when I receive it?

A: We roast Mondays thru Thursdays, and ship the same day.  Accounts on the west coast should receive their coffees anywhere between 2-4 business days from the shipping date.

Q: I am unhappy with a particular coffee/batch, can I get refunded?

A: We guarantee any coffee that bears the Regalia name.  Please email paolo@regaliacompany.com with the order number, and the reason for the refund.  

Q: What day will my order ship?

A: We have a production cut-off of 8am for each roast day.  Your order will fall into the next roast day.

Q: What kind of shipping should I choose for my order?

A: This depends on where you are and how fast you need your coffee. USPS Priority mail takes about 2-3 days to get anywhere in the U.S. however, their delivery times are not guaranteed and they do not deliver on Sunday. If choosing a UPS option like express or 2 day shipping, keep in mind that these are business days and the weekends don’t count. For example, if you choose FedEx 2 day shipping and your package goes out Friday, your package will not arrive until the following Tuesday. 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: We offer free shipping on orders of $60 or more within the United States.

Q: Is my package insured?

A: All packages are insured within the United States. If your coffee is damaged upon arrival, let us know asap.

Q: My order arrived incomplete. What's going on?

A: Your order is most likely coming in separate boxes.  Depending on the carrier, sometimes they will miss a box that is supposed to arrive at the same "location" as the other boxes.  If this does not arrive in 1 business day, please let us now asap.
